A calm, well-kept 4-room apartment in southern Berlin — ideal for a Master's, PhD or research student who wants a stable place to live and study.
This is a shared apartment for two people, so the flat is quiet and never crowded. For three to five months of the year the apartment is left entirely to the tenant: you have the whole place to yourself, in return for looking after it tidily and responsibly.
Fully furnished and ready to move into: bed with linen, pillows, blanket and towels, a large wardrobe, a desk with chair, a dressing area and additional storage furniture. The door is lockable.
The apartment has a large living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine and a large balcony.
The apartment is in the Mariendorf area in the south of Berlin, near Mariendorfer Damm / Buckower Chaussee. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and public transport are all within walking distance. TU Berlin and FU Berlin are about 40 minutes away by public transport, and other universities and research institutes are easy to reach.
Over the past years the room has been rented to international students, who each stayed between 20 and 26 months. References from former tenants can be provided on request.
